Score Weighting
Inspection Ratings
For state schools, we use Ofsted ratings (Outstanding, Good, Requires Improvement, Inadequate). For independent schools, we use ISI inspection outcomes, which we've converted to a comparable scale based on standards compliance.
Academic Performance
We combine KS2 SATs (% meeting expected standard), GCSE Attainment 8, and A-Level Average Point Score where available. Schools are compared to national benchmarks.
